we deal with a lot of claims processing and a vendor partner was hit with ransomware.
its not just pharmacies but all sorts of claims are getting backlogged.
not exactly, right now crews are working overtime to get backup process in place to make it easier for our smaller partners to deal with our volume.
it'll all be cleared up by monday.
