I don't have specific sauce for this but a helper anon, a long time ago, was IMO suggesting Wendy, Dorothy, Alice etc. possibly being Disney allusions used in MKULTRA. He also mentioned Freddie, but that doesn't work with this idea.
There is also the Q post about "pet name", which logically fits, because the name could be used by someone to trigger an "alter".
