… the CEO of the largest US bank just sold $150 million worth of the bank’s stock, following through on last year’s announcement that he would begin selling shares for the first time since taking the helm 18 years ago.

JPM CEO Jamie Dimon and his family sold about 822,000 shares in a series of transactions on Thursday, according to an SEC filing.

“Mr. Dimon continues to believe the company’s prospects are very strong and his stake in the company will remain very significant,” the company said in an October filing about his planned sales. A representative for the firm declined further comment on Friday.

We first learned last October that Dimon planned to sell one million shares, subject to terms of a stock-trading plan.

After today's sale, Dimon continues to hold about 7.7 million shares.

In a time of stress for the banking sector which saw small and regional banks routed in March of last year, JPMorgan has emerged as the clear winner with its stock rallying 27% amid its First Republic Bank deal, which was literally a taxpayer gift (courtesy of the FDIC) in which JPM got all the good assets of the now insolvent bank - with an FDIC loan to boot - while Americans kept everything that was toxic.

Netanyahu Finally Presents Gaza Post-War Plan To Cabinet & It's Sure To Anger Biden Admin

On Thursday night, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu presented Israel's security cabinet with a much anticipated document outlining plans for the 'day after' Hamas in the Gaza Strip. He's repeatedly vowed to not stop the large-scale military operation Gaza until the terror group is completely eradicated - a tall order which some analysts say could take years to actually accomplish - and the question of who will rule Gaza in the aftermath has become a contentious one.

The US has wanted to see West Bank-based Palestinian Authority (PA) eventually take over, but Netanyahu has firmly rejected this as a plausible scenario, calling the PA 'terror supporters'. Of the new plan presented to top officials, Israeli media writes, "The subsequently publicized document, a one-pager released overnight in Israel, is largely a collection of principles the premier has been vocalizing since the beginning of the war, but it is the first time they have formally been presented to the cabinet for approval." Many of his ministers want to see Israel simply annex the Strip, however.

A main theme of the document is that Israel will aim to install "local officials" from among Palestinians to administer services for the Gaza Strip instead of Hamas.

They must be completely unaffiliated with Hamas, and further must not be involved with or backed by "countries or entities that support terrorism" (which means especially Qatar or Iran). There is no mention in the proposed plan of whether these might be Palestinian Authority representatives.

Another interesting main point is the establishment of a "de-radicalization plan… in all religious, educational and welfare institutions in Gaza."

Crucially, the document lays out that "The IDF will continue the war until achieving its goals, which are the destruction of the military capabilities and governmental infrastructure of Hamas and Islamic Jihad, the return of the hostages abducted on October 7, and the removal of any security threat from Gaza Strip long-term."

The operation will continue until Israeli forces achieve the "complete demilitarization" of the Strip "beyond what is required for the needs of maintaining public order."

An extensive security buffer zone will also be maintained on the Palestinian side of the Strip's border "as long as there is a security need for it" - which essentially means an indefinite occupation of this border region.

Overall the document establishes principles which are directly at odds with the Biden administration's desired outcome of the Strip being handed over to the PA in the future. Biden and his top officials have also voiced support for a two state solution, however which the Netanyahu document denounces as a "reward for terror".

Meanwhile, Israel's military has declared it is safe for residents to return to communities which lie within 4km of the Gaza border. The effected 18 border settlements include Zikim, Karmia, Yad Mordechai, Erez, Or Haner, Ibim, Sderot, Nir Am, Gevim, Mefalsim, Sa’ad, Alumim, Reim, Magen, Nir Yitzhak, Shlomit, Naveh and Bnei Netzarim - according to the statement.

CBP Seizes 6.5 Tons Of Meth In Eagle Pass, Largest Haul Ever At A Port Of Entry

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) said on Thursday that it seized 6.5 tons of methamphetamine at Eagle Pass port of entry in Texas. It is the largest seizure ever made at a port of entry in a single enforcement action.

The methamphetamine had a street value of more than $117 million, according to a press release.

The seizure was made at the Camino Real International Bridge on Feb. 18, when a CBP officer referred a tractor trailer manifesting a shipment of drying agents for piglets for secondary inspection.

The CBP said that its officers conducted “a canine and non-intrusive inspection system examination” on the truck and found nearly 13,101 pounds of alleged methamphetamine.

Mark Dawson, the special agent in charge from Homeland Security Investigations Houston, said the seizure of “a record-breaking amount” of narcotics prevented “an untold number of lives” from being destroyed.

“For far too long, drug trafficking organizations have been raking in billions of dollars at the expense of our communities that are left ravaged by addiction, death, and despair as a result of these poisonous substances,” he said.

Special agents from Homeland Security Investigations are investigating the seizure, the CBP said. The agency did not disclose if any arrests were made in connection with the seizure.

“This gargantuan methamphetamine seizure, the largest ever taken down by CBP officers at a port of entry, uniquely illustrates the serious narcotics threat our officers face on a daily basis and their effectiveness at utilizing our technological enforcement tools, expertise, and experience to zero in on these threats,” Donald Kusser, the director of field operations at CBP’s Laredo Field Office, said.

In January, the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) seized 406.2 kilograms (about 895 pounds) of suspected methamphetamine. The drugs were found in suitcases in a commercial truck at the Boissevain port of entry.

The methamphetamine was valued at over $50 million. The CBSA said that the truck was carrying a shipment destined for Winnipeg.

“This is the largest seizure of narcotics our border officers have ever made in the Prairies,” Janalee Bell-Boychuk, regional director general with CBSA, said in a statement.

Catherine Herridge shares 'important update' after CBS News allegedly seized her confidential files and records

Journalist Catherine Herridge shared an "important update" late Thursday about the shocking news that CBS News allegedly retained her confidential files and records after terminating her employment.

That update, Herridge highlighted, is a statement from her union, SAG-AFTRA, which corroborates the allegations first published by law professor Jonathan Turley.

Turley reported that upon delivering Herridge a pink slip last week, "CBS officials took the unusual step of seizing her files, computers and records, including information on privileged sources."

"The network grabbed Herridge's notes and files and informed her that it would decide what, if anything, would be turned over to her," he explained. "The files likely contain confidential material from both her stints at Fox and CBS. Those records, it suggests, are presumptively the property of CBS News."

The New York Post later corroborated Turley's reporting.

In a statement, SAG-AFTRA condemned CBS News for its actions and explained why "it sets a dangerous precedent for all media professionals and threatens the very foundation of the First Amendment."

The statement said:

It is completely inappropriate for an employer to lay off a reporter and take the very unusual step of retaining and searching the reporter's files, inclusive of confidential source identification and information. From a First Amendment standpoint, a media corporation with a commitment to journalism calling a reporter’s research and confidential source reporting "proprietary information" is both shocking and absurd.

The retention of a media professional's reporting materials by their former employer is a serious break with traditional practices which supports the immediate return of reporting materials.

According to SAF-AFTRA, officials at CBS News recently reached out to the union to discuss the matter. It's not clear, however, if Turley's reporting prompted the communication.

In a statement to Blaze Media, a CBS News spokesperson appeared to confirm that Herridge had been locked out of her office — which holds her confidential files and records — upon being laid off.

"Catherine’s personal belongings were delivered to her home one week ago, and we are prepared to pack up the rest of her files immediately on her behalf — with her representative present as she requested," the spokesperson said. "We are awaiting a response from Catherine and/or her representative to do so.

"We have respected her request to not go through the files, and out of our concern for confidential sources, the office she occupied has remained secure since her departure," the spokesperson claimed.

Phone Records Appear To Contradict Key Element Of Fani Willis’ Testimony

Special prosecutor Nathan Wade appears to have visited Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ neighborhood at least 35 times in 2021, according to phone data referenced in a Friday court filing.

Former president Donald Trump’s attorney obtained cell phone records including voice and text history, as well as location data, for Wade’s phone, according to a new court filing. An analysis found “a minimum of 35 occasions when Mr. Wade’s phone connected for an extended period to either one of those towers in closest proximity” to Willis’ home address in Hapeville, Georgia, according to the affidavit of a criminal defense investigator who reviewed the records.

The data appears to contradict Willis’ denial that Wade ever spent the night at her place, and calls into question the timeline of when the relationship between Willis and Wade began. Both maintained the relationship began in 2022, but the phone records show Wade visiting Willis’ property multiple times in 2021.

It also appears to contradict Wade’s claim that he did not visit her condo more than 10 times.

Trump co-defendant Michael Roman accused Willis of improperly benefiting from appointing her romantic partner, Wade, through vacations he paid to take her on in a motion to dismiss her from the case in January. Judge Scott McAfee oversaw a hearing last week where defendants sought to prove she financially benefited.

“The data reveals he is stationary and not in transit,” the investigator Charles Mittelstadt said in reference to the data. “A deeper analysis of the data would reveal additional details such as where his travel began or ended.”

The analysis also revealed “over 2000 voice calls and just under 12,000 text messages” exchanged between Willis and Wade during an 11-month period in 2021, which included a “prevalence of calls made in the evening hours.”

Ukraine can deploy F-16s to attack deep inside Russia – NATO

Kiev will be able to use the fighter jets outside its claimed borders, the bloc’s head has said

Ukraine will be free to use F-16 fighter jets it will receive from NATO against military targets 'inside Russia,' or beyond Kiev's claimed borders, the US-led bloc's Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has told American state-run media.

Stoltenberg was speaking to RFE/RL for an interview scheduled to air on Friday. According to snippets released in advance, the NATO head has argued that Ukraine has the right to self-defense against Russian “aggression,” which would include “striking legitimate Russian military targets outside Ukraine.”

As to when the government in Kiev might actually receive the promised jets, Stoltenberg would not say. Each NATO member that has pledged to deliver F-16s has different policies and will decide themselves, he explained.

While some of Ukraine’s backers want the jets in action as soon as possible, they will have a stronger impact if the pilots are well-trained and there are enough maintenance and support crews on hand, according to Stoltenberg.

“So, I think we have to listen to the military experts exactly when we will be ready to or when allies will be ready to start sending and delivering the F-16s,” he said. “The sooner the better.”

Ukraine has long demanded the F-16 as a way to combat Russian air superiority. Denmark and the Netherlands have both pledged to contribute some of their jets, with President Vladimir Zelensky putting the total number at 42. The first Ukrainian pilots training in the West finished their classes in the UK in December.

The way the US-made jet is designed means it might have difficulties operating from Ukrainian runways, sparking speculation that they could be flown from Poland, Romania or the Baltic states instead.

Russia has repeatedly warned such a deployment would be an escalation of the conflict and may even risk nuclear war, as the F-16 is capable of delivering B61 gravity bombs.

“So, if one of those planes takes off from a NATO nation – what would that be? An attack on Russia. I shall not describe what could happen next,” Dmitry Medvedev, former Russian president and deputy head of Russia’s National Security Council, said in an interview on Thursday.

Israel to advance plans for 3,000 settler homes after terror attack

Ma’aleh Adumim, located next to the site of Thursday's attack, is due to receive authorization for the construction of an additional 2,350 housing units.

Israel intends to advance plans for 3,000 new settler homes in the aftermath of the West Bank terror attack next to a checkpoint heading into Jerusalem, in which one man was killed, and another eight were injured.

“Let every terrorist plotting to harm us know that any raising of a hand against Israeli citizens will be met with a blow of death and destruction and the deepening of our eternal grip on the entire Land of Israel,” Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich stated.

He was one of a number of ministers who, together with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, decided on the plan that is likely only to increase the tension between Israel and its Western allies, including the United States.

The settlement located off of Route 1, as it heads to the Dead Sea, is the third largest Jewish city in the West Bank and has a population of over 38,000, according to the Central Bureau of Statistics.

The Efrat settlement, with a population of over 11,800 according to the CBS, is due to receive authorization for 694 new housing units. Efrat is located next to the Palestinian West Bank city of Bethlehem, from where the terrorists originated.

Meta’s new paid subscription service allowed parents to exploit their children by charging pedophiles to gawk at their bikini-clad kids on Instagram, where girls as young as nine years old were attracting comments from men such as “perfect bikini body,” “those thighs are perfection” and “you’re so hot.”

Staffers at Facebook and Instagram parent Meta said that they flagged hundreds of so-called “parent-managed minor accounts” that were using the subscription feature on those platforms to sell exclusive content that included photos of young girls in bikinis and leotards to mostly men, according to the Wall Street Journal.

To make matters worse, Meta’s algorithm-run recommendation systems were reportedly promoting child-modeling accounts to adults who posted pedophilic comments.

When Meta staffers tried to get the company to ban these accounts or at least force them to register with content moderators so that they could be monitored, their bosses declined — instead choosing to rely on a less-reliable automated system that allowed pedophiles to evade guardrails, sources told Journal.

The report comes as Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, who personally apologized to parents who confronted him about their children being exploited through his platforms last month, is seeking to avoid personal liability in two dozen lawsuits accusing his company of getting kids hooked on his social media sites.

Last year, Meta introduced a paid-subscription service to entice influencers to produce more content on their flagship social media platforms.

Subscribers to these accounts who agreed to pay $19.99 a month were offered perks such as “in-person events” as well as “early access or releases,” according to The Journal report.

The Journal found several instances in which banned accounts engaged in child exploitation were resurfacing — generating as many as hundreds of thousands of followers.

One Facebook page with more than 200,000 followers featured pinup-style photos of children.

The Meta staffers realized that the parents were well aware of highly explicit comments from adults toward their children — even going so far as to engage in sexual banter about their kids with subscribers.

Iran Says Israel Bombed Their Pipes

Explosions that ruptured two Iranian natural gas pipelines last week were the result of an Israeli plot, the Islamic republic’s oil minister, Javad Owji, has said.

According to Iranian officials, the twin blasts occurred in the central Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, and the southern Fars province. The authorities described the incidents at the time as sabotage.

The “explosion of the gas pipeline was an Israeli plot,” Owji said on Wednesday, as quoted by the Washington Post. “The enemy intended to disturb gas service in the provinces and put people’s gas distribution at risk.”

Israel has not commented on the allegations.

General Sergei Rudskoy, chief operations director of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, said that NATO military personnel are taking part in the fighting in Ukraine disguised as mercenaries.

The Russian state news agency TASS reported that the bodies of soldiers with Polish and American insignia on their clothes had been found in the Russian-controlled Avdiivka.

“The clearing of Avdiivka has revealed quite a few interesting details. In this case, bodies abandoned by Ukrainian armed units with American and Polish insignia sewn on their uniforms,” Igor Kimakovsky, an adviser to the head of the “Donetsk People’s Republic,” told Russia’s TASS/TRANS news agency.

With the fall of Avdiivka, Ukraine has lost one of the most important cities on the Donetsk frontline, Many believe that the town is now serving as a second Bakhmut, as it was clear months ago that it could only be held temporarily at the cost of tens of thousands of soldiers’ lives.

Ukraine forces said they withdrew from the city in order to avoid encirclement; however, scores of wounded Ukrainians were left behind, with Russian Telegram channels releasing videos of the captured soldiers. Ukraine says that Russia suffered enormous losses over the last year in its efforts to retake the town, which had a population of 30,000 before the war began.

It began with Russiagate led by the CIA, Justice (sic) Department, and FBI. It was a total orchestration long since disproved. Then there were a series of concocted nonsense allegations–strippergate, documents gate, insurrection gate and two concocted and failed impeachment attempts.

The Democrats then rescued their failed attempts by rolling them into indictments, which the Democrat controlled corrupt United States Justice (sic) Department and Soros-implanted Trump-hating Democrat state attorneys generals and district attorneys leveled against Trump. Some of these fake charges are falling apart, because the black female prosecutors are so stupid and incompetent that they have disqualified themselves and should actually face indictment for perjury. As US Senator J.D. Vance recently said, “It’s like every other two-minute clip I watch of this Fani Willis interview she admits to committing another felony.”

Of all the indictments, the most absurd is the one presided over by what must be the most corrupt judge in human history–New York Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron. The Trump-hating NY Attorney General, apparently another Soros implant, charged on her own with no civil complainants against Trump that he damaged unidentified people by overstating the value of his properties in his loan applications. She has zero evidence for the charge.

Indeed, all of the lenders and every real estate valuation expert said that there was nothing wrong with Trump’s valuations. Lenders said they didn’t care about the valuations, they just wanted Trump’s business. Regardless, the ideological black woman implanted into NY “justice” by Soros’ money indicted Trump for civil fraud.

The trial was arranged to go to Engoron, who would not be satisfied if Trump were drawn and quartered in public view on the courthouse steps. Engoron has made the most stupid rulings based on nothing but his own hatred 0f Trump. The corrupt fool stupidly ruled without evidence that Trump’s real estate was worth a small fraction of what independent real estate evaluators place as the value of the properties. He simply ignored the facts in order to rule as he wanted.

Engoron issued an order cancelling the Trump Organization’s business certificates. Apparently, he couldn’t make it stick. So now he has imposed a $350 million fine on Trump and his executives despite the fact that the NY Attorney General Letitia James, who is also busy at work trying to destroy a well-read website that documents the overrunning of the United States by recruited immigrant-invaders, has not a shred of evidence to support her hate-driven charge.

The American presstitute media hate Trump as much as Letitia and Engoron and have already ruled that Trump is guilty.

Room 641A is a telecommunication interception facility operated by AT&T for the U.S. National Security Agency, as part of its warrantless surveillance program as authorized by the Patriot Act. The facility commenced operations in 2003 and its purpose was publicly revealed in 2006.[1][2]

Room 641A is located in the SBC Communications building at 611 Folsom Street, San Francisco, three floors of which were occupied by AT&T before SBC purchased AT&T.[1] The room was referred to in internal AT&T documents as the SG3 [Study Group 3] Secure Room.

The room measures about 24 by 48 feet (7.3 by 14.6 m) and contains several racks of equipment, including a Narus STA 6400, a device designed to intercept and analyze Internet communications at very high speeds.[1] It is fed by fiber optic lines from beam splitters installed in fiber optic trunks carrying Internet backbone traffic.[3] In the analysis of J. Scott Marcus, a former CTO for GTE and a former adviser to the Federal Communications Commission, it has access to all Internet traffic that passes through the building, and therefore "the capability to enable surveillance and analysis of internet content on a massive scale, including both overseas and purely domestic traffic."[4]

The existence of the room was revealed by former AT&T technician Mark Klein and was the subject of a 2006 class action lawsuit by the Electronic Frontier Foundation against AT&T.[5] Klein claims he was told that similar black rooms are operated at other facilities around the country.[6]

Room 641A and the controversies surrounding it were subjects of an episode of Frontline,[7] the current affairs documentary program on PBS. It was originally broadcast on May 15, 2007. It was also featured on PBS's NOW on March 14, 2008. The room was also covered in the PBS Nova episode "The Spy Factory".
