I've been suspect of Scott Pruitt for awhile. There is some extreme fuckery going on in OK where he was AG prior to being in Trump Administration.

OK DHHS got rid of 300 people because they came up $30M short and couldn't make payroll this last fall.
Feds got involved.
State Auditor (who was running for governor) did an audit and miraculously found the missing $30M. No harm no foul no one being criminally charged at the State level.
Feds are still looking into it I believe.
