NASA is spinning this as a win, but 24 hours later, no images have been released from the lander, even though images were expected within a few minutes.
The tipped over condition has a few implications:
-Communications are slow because the antenna can't point to Earth in the normal way. That's why there are no images at all, yet.
-Some of the cameras are pointing into space instead of looking at the moon.
-Most of the payloads won't work.
