NEW - Ursula von der Leyen, Italy's Georgia Meloni, Canada's Justin Trudeau, and Belgium's PM Alexander De Croo are in Kyiv to express their solidarity with Ukraine.

Meloni says, "Only by defending Ukraine can we have a just peace," and added, "If Russia had not invaded Ukraine, in all likelihood Hamas would not have launched such an attack against Israel."
