Just had a late model Honda Civic with those plasma like lights, stop around the 3rd and 4th house to the west of me. When they saw no one was in front the drove to the end of my property and came to a stop, probably looking to drop chemicals like they always do there. It took off and headed north when they saw me standing there to their surprise. I think it was grey but definitely these tail lights.
