Mayor Big Bird DeBlasio opened up some motel Homeless Shelters throughout Queens in the 14th District section, barely anyone in the Bronx votes. If he campaigns on closing or stopping or getting rid of the homeless shelters, he can basically make everyone in the 14th district that's part of Queens vote for him, turnout in the Bronx is always low.
