The device has a label. CiQ. It is a device for vehicles that is comparable with an identity badge for individuals. It is for security. Allows access to secured areas, such as for cargo holding at customs or customs-like situations. Chinese certification of goods coming and going from Chinese ports, for example.

That looks like a possible match with the white van vehicle in the Who do we see? photo. Here's a random thought which I have not the time to pursue myself. What is the generic view like through the windscreen of that make of van?

Also, the Q image is more than the area "within the frame" of the photo image has drawn attention. Expand thinking, as Q might say.

Has anyone the means to take a closer look into the dark edges, outside the frame of the street scene? Hiding images within images but not within the frame?

If we are looking at the same two Q photos. The earlier of the two, in the top right of the map here, is at intersection with Canton. Follow that road southward to Hamilton. Go beyond to Waterloo Rd. That is where the second location is for the kindergarten.

BO – had difficulty this afternoon posting images. Sorry if duplicates are in the hopper. Feel free to delete duplicates. Thanks.

Going to try to post an image but having difficulty doing so.

The idea of looking for Snowden and taking that to the other Q HK photo is very reasonable, I think. Looking outside the frame, and expanding thinking is one of those Q hints at ciphering. So if the following images does post, this time, take a look at an example I generated. Not too complicated, really. Look in the white areas of the graphic page I am posting. White on white, message hidden within the image. In this example, it is embossed type at very top and lower right corner.
