The Post Office had a deal with Fujitsu and it's revealed Fujitsu was able to "remotely" access/sign-off on files/posts. Everything else is pantomime, it seems like nobody has any idea what they're fucking dealing with.
If Fujitsu could "remotely" access and "nobody knows how often this was done" then they could change a "summons" to say "undelivered" or anything. This is bigger than you can possibly imagine.
