Fuck that. My tax dollars pay for the parks so that I can use them. Unencumbered by homeless campers. While I can understand "some" of the reasons why folks are homeless, it does not mean that it needs to be in my face. Park them on federal lands if you must, but the addicts and street-shitters need not be in the parks where children are present.
