One needs to look at the relationship between the USCCB, each chancery office, the Fed and Catholic Charities - how is the money flowing? The dioceses get money from the Bishops appeal for Catholic Charities, and from the Fed for social and immigration services. What too is the relationship between the various Diocese/Archdiocese - the Fed and the sex abuse lawsuits? Could lawsuits be used as a threat? Are there bribery and payoffs involved between government and Church in order to get their endorsement of a human trafficking vehicle with Church stamped approval? Who is profiting?
