What kind of roof keeps a house from burning, when all the houses around it do?
A roof is not going to keep a house from burning. A roof of metal may may your insurance cheaper because your house won’t burn as quickly as a wood single roof would burn, thereby giving fire dept more time to get there and put flre out.
But, if there is not fire dept to put the house fire out, the house will burn, no matter the roof, because the house is made from wood.
Was the entire house made from metal and that’s why the entire house didn’t burn?
Why would a wood house with a metal roof not burN? Wow, that’s some new science there.
Why make red metal, or green metal. Roof?
Why don’t cities require all houses have a metal roof, thereby preventing all houses from ever burning?
So if everyone puts a blue metal roof on their house/ buildings, then there would never be another house fire?
