This crazy coverage of the SCOTUS by MSNBC (and others?) gives the Court cover to be able to say "It's too contentious"
The are bullying the Court with such extreme coverage; plus lies.

When the reputation of the Court is so destroyed and up for question - such a situation leads to disobedience of the Law.
