After spending 20 yrs as a bouncer I have had my several assault charges on me. They were all dropped due to the actions of the offender. Some even suffered serious injuries due to drunken ignorance. Don't know much about "Official" Security Firms. But the company I worked for always had my back. We worked a lot of Venues, always different ways of doing the job. Assaults will happen.
