What is the Judge thinking in the Fani Willis case? Nobody is ever willing to answer that question.

DJT lawyer Sadow artfully gave him the red carpet to the EXIT sign so he could word his ruling to NOT BLOW UP every past case that has come through the office since Fani took over. Sadow told the Judge that he doesn't have to reach a findings of fact that Fani LIED, he could just say there is reason to be concerned about her credibility. Everyone danced around the fact that if the DA is corrupt here and lies to a Court about this case, she is presumed a liar in all cases. Judge Mcafee announced the elephant in the room and questioned what would happen if he found her a liar here. What happens to her signing off on future cases? ( Problem is past cases because they already happened).

For this Judge to raise the subject after Sadow already gave him the artful way out from that catastrophe, tells me he is about to pull the plug on Fulton County as a whole. Kemp will have to take the County under conservatorship if this happens.

Judge says written ruling will come out in the next 2 weeks. I am of the opinion this Judge is about to push the red button and nuke Fulton County DA office in it's entirety. I can't believe I am saying this because it is completely unheard of for a Judge to go this far. I think he is going to do it though.

The Judge boxed himself into that that corner out loud on live coverage. He left himself with no other way to word his ruling.

If this happens, anons better brace themselves for all that comes next. Idealistic thoughts go out the window.

Here is one of several matters similar to what I am talking about resultedhttps://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/epic-drug-lab-scandal-results-more-20-000-convictions-dropped-n747891. Prisoners walk free on a massive scale.

>>20502542 If she is found to have lied on the stand in her official capacity ( that was how she testified because it wasn't her personal capacity) then yes. Everyone prosecuted since she took office has the right to contest their conviction. Doesn't mean they win, but they can be heard in Court. Furthermore, all of those who died or were injured in jail waiting for their tria,l when she took COVID funds granted to reduce the backlog but spent it prosecuting DJT case, can sue the County and State in civil Court. They will win before a trial ever happens

>>20502680 you are much wiser than me on a philosophical level anon. I am still at stage one in this concept. Imagine the people who testified against guilty people thinking they would be safe because the person would never get out of jail. I agree we have to experience the growing pains of this long problem, but I don't know how a community holds on to order

In all honesty, I am grappling with the concept. I am fighting myself with what I know is right from wrong with what I think the fallout will be. In my mind, I am taking the easy way out and seeing the fallout so great that it is best to let sleeping dogs lie. I AM WRONG for this thought but too afraid to drive for what is right
