This is a movie to show people how to create an underground group to throw off the Jew. The point of the movie was a currency reset or at least destroying the banking files. I believe it was created by the group running the MI today. I think they do this sometimes. So they can tell each other to watch certain films very closely and learn things. Having it out in the open has its advantages.
