All I can give is a sensible opinion. Judging from Q's crumbs it seems like he deliberately and accurately recreated a scene from BHO-era AF1, since things haven't changed much but we should bear in mind that it's a breach of national security to show the inside of the plane without prior authorization.

Yeah, outside electronics aren't supposed to be allowed in the SCIF, I know from personal experience but it's not like you'll receive a pat down all the time either. Especially if you're a regular. Lax rules probably led to this breach, if I had to guess.

Not a SCIF but it's still a national security risk photographing the inside without written and approved authorization. Try to imagine the ramifications of that paper trail, it would out Q before it is necessary. He still has work to do.
