Dark net refers to the part of the internet that is not accessible via search engines. People go there using a tor browser and supposedly buy/sell just about anything including contraband. Never been there meself. Look up darknet in your favorite search engine.

The denial may be factual, but it may not actually deny anything. The vows taken by Buddhist monks prohibit handling money. At all. But monks may have have a personal assistant, a layperson, who handles such tasks on their behalf. So I am not convinced by the denial.
I don't know - radar site is suppressing AF1's speed. Boeing 747 specs say cruise speed is 481 knots. Although a planefag I'm not an aviator so my knowledge on this is limited to what I can learn by observation and web search.
