Lawfag gets correct the delay tactic. The DC court charges were signed off by a POTUS appt. It seems to buy time for Swamp to feel "safe" and also give time for the larger NatSec case.
From what I can tell from reading NatSec responsibilities in DOJ, Awan and Co are guilty of the illegal log-ins while in Pakistan. From Rosiak's reporting we can see that that Intel was then sold in Pakistan. I think that's really just scratching the surface though of the Op. Clearly, there were elected officials who not only KNEW what Awan was doing but APPROVED. He may have been used as a conduit to sell Top Secret Intel, to provide plausible deniability. (Won't work)
Waiting on movement on this is torture. I can say that after listening to the different confrontations with Gowan (Awan's attorney) by Jason Goodman, it's clear Gowan is in WAY over his head and has no clue what's going on behind the scenes.
