Pro-Second Amendment, gun-owning, NRA member lawfag here. I am very happy that this gal had a gun on her and knew how to use it. But I can't help but think she could be in some hot water for leaving her children unattended in a vehicle. In some states that's considered child neglect. So I hope the government doesn't ding her for that, and I'm not sure if Texas has the same strict child endangerment laws that some of the states in the northeast have.
