That sea moss gel is rough. Whew. Been covering it with Frank’s wing sauce and it goes down okay. I have the capsules too. Couldn’t wait to get the gel but holy Hannah.
Doing it for nutrients not for the alkaline rn. Kek. Hope hot sause doesn’t kill the nutrients somehow. Hot sauce has ph of 4 something. (Anon drew picrel and call it “The Hot Kiss.”) That gel is roooooough, unless put in smoothies maybe but i’s like the bikini fish girl pics. Not sure I can do it again tomorrow.

Pau d’Arco (Handroanthus impetiginosus)
Candida is a yeast/fungus overgrowth that comes from an imbalanced gut biome where there is moar bad bacteria than good. I bet almost e everyone has it, but idk. If you are bloated and can’t seem to get rid of your gut although you work out, it’s Candida.
Dr. Sebi says it binds with the nervous system and the lymphatic system and then they call it autoimmune disease. (He says that’s what happens with lupus but I wonder if all of the autoimmune ones are from Candida blending w nervous system, etc.)
I felt like I was ancient and my body hurt so much and muscles would burn and ache like how they do when you work out and you feel the bern. My body was kind of swollen. I thought something was wrong with my heart and had circulation problems somehow but got rid of Candida and I’m back to normal. My socks would leave a mark that was deep and would stay there for a long time. Something was wrong but not no mo. Swelling gone after 2 days, belly flat and the socks mark is normal and goes away. (I took fluconazole though, but getting items to do a Sebi cleanse.)

Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus)
There are many diff kinds of thistle. When I typed “blessed thistle scientific name” in browser, it brought up milk thistle, which is different.
Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) looks diff from other thistles because it has white markings on the leaves. Milk thistle is used medicinally as well.

Says when dealing with lupus to take revitalizing herbs at same time. I’m just using this lupus one as a rough guide but I think maybe the cleanse is same for all disease.
