Cleavers
A spring tonic, can be put in soups and make tinctures, etc …

Stinging nettle
Anon is out in God’s country harvesting stinging nettle and cleavers.
(Oh.. maybe they kinda miss the mark a little bit but mean pretty well. Idk. There’s a Christmas tree video in there.. haven’t cliqued. Pepe_sweats.jpg but for now .. while we’re learning about plants .. they do a pretty good job. They seem friendly enough for now …)
Burdock, cleavers, and stinging nettle. Anon just got stung by the nettles, kmao Feels good tho. It’s a crazy good kind of love but putting on the gloves now.
Here’s some baby dame’s rocket by some baby cleavers. It’s delicious. It’s from the mustard family. The flowers have 4 petals and so are called cruciferous (cross bearing.) It has a mustard family taste but is very sweet. Tastes like a sweet, nutty spinach without the stick to your tooth spinach thing because it’s kind of fuzzy but fine when cooked. These are just tiny baby sprouts. The flower shoots are the tastiest treat right before they bloom.
Young hops (Humulus lupulus) finding its way.
Used for brewing beer but has medicinal uses also. Used for brain health. Anon may be learning how to make beer when shtf.
Burdock, cleaver, dame’s rocket, common penny-cress. All delicious and or medicinal.
Yellow dock, stinging nettles, blue mustard
Holeeeee shit. Look how much food annd medicine Anon got. Anon got some grocery bags full. That common penny cress is the bomb. It tastes like arugula but moar like garlic.
Get out there, faggots.
Anon will take the medicinal pit and make a ny strip and some nettle soup w potatoes and some salad with penny-cress n dandelion greens. May add cleavers to the soup. Can sauté dame’s rocket too. Holeeee shit.
Stinging nettle soup is prolly one of the tastiest and best things one could ever eat. Its soOoOoOo good.
(Just sauté garlic and onion then add cubed potatoes and broth. I used beef broth. Then once potatoes are soft add the nettle tips, I used a lot. Then once wilted, the soup is ready. Use blender or hand held blender. Add salt n pepper to taste and holeeeeeee shit.)
Can blanch it then freeze it (if not blanched it ages in freezer.) can be dried and put in soups or make tea. Can make tincture. Can make plant fertilizer. Anon is going tomorrow to get moaaaaaar!
Cleaver tincture. There are not a lot of lymph stimulating plants out there. The lymphatic system is very important part of the immune system. Anon learned how to do lymphatic drainage at College of Natural Medicine.
Fill jar with fresh cleavers. Pack them down a little and fill jar all the way then pour in 100 proof vodka all the way to the tippy top so there’s no air or cleavers are not exposed to air and are underneath the layer of vodka. Leave in dark, cool place for a month. Strain and have tincture. Can do same with oil but dry out the cleavers first. Once dry, put in jar and fill with good quality oil (like olive oil). It’s ok if air hits it bc already dried and won’t mold like the fresh kind. Put in cool place for two weeks. Some say put in fridge for two weeks. Then can rub the oil on lymph nodes.
Prolly can do oil infusion with heat (lid on jar, place jar in pot with water on lowest setting on stovetop for a day or so shaking the jar throughout the day. Don’t know if heat destroys any of the compounds tho.)
I’m not an expert and ALWAYS triple threat check to make sure you have correct plant with all parts of identification correctly matching. Also become familiar with the deadly or toxic plants around you. Here we have poison hemlock. Grows near these cleavers I picked. Always use caution and respect the plants (respect as in understand some are deadly.) Anon stays away from any berry plant for now bc eyes not trained to properly I’d those yet. Anon just messes with the very easy ones for the most part. All the ones I’ve shown here are easy and although familiar with the plants, I still use triple threat caution.
Can store the nettles and make tea or add to soups etc to help treat micronutrient malnutrition/malnourishment for when shtf.
Anon has a fren that wife drops off in the woods and picks up somewhere else 3 days later. Fren takes only very minimal supplies and survives off the nettles for the time he’s out there. They’re so tasty tho. Fren just makes fire, heats up water and adds fresh nettles and that’s it. Spends the night. Doesn’t take a tent or anything. Wakes up and keeps walking to final destination. I’m
