How about instead of trying to hijack a thread to suit your favored topic, you just do the same thing the OP did and get a thread of your own pinned by BVs, where you can deliver and discuss everything on that site that you feel is so valuable. Why act like a glowfag by trying to take people off the board to another site? Copy paste what you think is important from there, post here, and wait for interested people to discuss. Raspberry leaf tea for inflammation and soreness

 

Just wanted to share this one for those out there trying to reduce their use of things like acetaminophen and ibuprofen. It’s used with great success for post workout soreness and fatigue, menstrual cramping, or just aching old bones & joints.

 

It’s no good for really strong pain needs like headaches. Just a glass of tasty raspberry leaf tea away from a less pain and inflammation though. Have helped my family especially grandparents to have more comfortable sleep with a cup of this tea before bed.
