We've narrowed it down pretty much to Justin Cooper.. But what about this? Farzad Mostashari - former National Coordinator for Health Information Technology at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under Obama.

This dude loves big watches and has a long gait. hard to find pics/vids of his whole body though. I can tell he's between 5'10" and 6'1". Knowing who it is can help figure out why he's there.
