Sweet Baby Inc is a client-based narrative development company working to bring video game stories to life and collaborating with teams all over the world. Working as a diverse crew, they've worked on over 70 games taking a representation-led approach to narrative, and an adaptable, solutions-based approach to every project. While outsourced writing and story work aren't unheard of in the industry, SBI has helped hew a new path towards deeper collaboration and worker-focused production, opening doors for new and marginalized voices to thrive.

So apparently one of the funding companies behind Sweet Baby Inc was founded by Eileen Holowka

https://archive.is/3rEH4

Baby Ghosts, which is a subsidiary of Weird Ghosts apparently, is a funding program for "underrepresented" groups of game developers in Canada. So basically this is one ESG grift that is helping fund another ESG grift in SBI. From my initial reading, one of the founders of Baby Ghosts parent companies is none other than a "former Night in the Woods developer". Well, I wonder who that would be?

But maybe not so surprising is that one of the co-founders of Baby Ghosts themselves is the sister of late Night in the Woods developer Alec Holowka. GG veterans will remember Alec, but those who aren't familiar with the story, well, he was driven to suicide by abuse from his ex, none other than Zoe Quinn. And guess who Zoe was also really good pals with? That's right, Eileen Holowka.

The more and more people keep digging into this bullshit, the more gets tied back to that abusive hack Zoe.

With support from collaborators at DMG, I designed and delivered the inaugural Damage Labs Studio Startup program.

With mentorship through the Government of Canada’s Investment Readiness Program, I learned about social finance, impact measurement, evidence collection, and preparing studios for investment. I also designed the program’s website and application process, led many of the workshops, and helped to select the first cohort of studios.
