Guys I have a friend who is clued up and read. How can I explain the Soctratic Method to him simply? He doess tend to back people off by ramming his opinion on them.

Any pointers for me. I can only offer pointers in return.

I think it's because he's bi-sexual and angry at himself. He's prjocting his anger onto others I believe.
