As in Vocal Fry, like there's sandpaper in the throat and she desperately needs to clear it, then needs to speak louder and clearer?? Seems to be a trend with women on TV, like chalk-on-blackboard, and can't understand what they're saying if not RIGHT in front listening because some words "fade".
