I have a shop. I employ hundreds of positions

What’s the difference of having 100 workers at 10.00$ an hour as oppose to overworking 10 employees at 100.00$ an hour?

Wouldn’t my productivity be higher. My workers be happier since they don’t have to work long hard days and sure I have to have more people on staff but my product is top tier because I have staff. ??
