just like the story with the scorpian and i believe it was the beaver. scoropian asked the beaver to take him to the other side of the water, beaver says sure just don't sting me.
in the middle of the water the scorpian stung the beaver and beaver said why you do that for and he says cuz thats what i do.
beaver then says well you doomed us both now cuz you're gonna drown.
something along those lines.
The snake doomed himself because he has noone to let him out in order to find food so he will eventually die.
especially if there is no mice or rats in the house.
