I've spent 2 days on this now…
Most certainly the target is heading to the kindergarden.
Paper in hand is either an address, his pre-meeting notes, or the name of the kid he wants to molest.
I lean towards it being Joel Getz, due to the HK kindergarden ties…
But fact is the photo is too low resolution to positively ID anyone.
My assumption is the drop was for them, maybe the people in the photo.
Q has more than they know, and now they know.
