LEAKED: CDC releases 148 Blank Pages about COVID risks to fulfill FOIA request

Global Intel Hub Knoxville, TN 3/8/2024- In one of the most ridiculous and hilarious data drops ever coming from the US Government, the CDC released 148 pages of redacted yellow squares, in order to comply with an FOIA request. See the PDF here: cdc-moving-foia

Source: Contributed by Zachary Stieber (The Epoch Times) https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/24463984-cdc-moving-foia

Here's what it looks like in visual format:

This is no doubt going to be the release of the year, as the data on the harm caused by the COVID "Vaccines" is just piling up by the hour. Just today, ALT FinTech site Zero Hedge - it was released that COVID-19 May Lead To Persistent Cognitive Impairment, Brain Fog, And Lower IQ Scores: [1]

In a large-scale observational study published on Feb. 29 in the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM), researchers invited 800,000 people with varying levels of COVID-19 exposure and duration to take an online cognitive assessment and follow-up survey. Cognitive difficulties have been implicated in numerous syndromes following COVID-19, including long COVID, suggesting infection may have lasting effects on the mental processes of the brain. The study’s authors hypothesized there would be measurable cognitive deficits after COVID-19 that would scale with the severity and duration of the illness. They also speculated that objective impairments in executive and memory function, especially poor memory and brain fog, would be observable in those with persistent symptoms.

The reaction on X is hilarious, ranging from jokes to sarcastic quips.

Schiff Says Intel Community will Sabotage Trump By Withholding Intelligence and ‘Dumbing Down’ Daily Brief

Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff (CA) on Sunday echoed John Brennan and said the Intel Community will sabotage Trump by withholding intelligence and ‘dumbing down’ his daily briefings this summer.

President Trump will get intel briefings after he secures the GOP nomination this summer.

Schiff said Trump can’t be trusted with classified information that reveals sources and methods.

“We can’t trust that he will do the right thing,” Schiff said to NBC’s “Meet the Press” host Kristen Welker.==

==Former CIA Director and architect of Spygate John Brennan on Thursday said the intel community will withhold key information from Trump’s security briefings this summer.

Brennan told MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace that his former colleagues would give Trump analysis without sources and methods.

“It’s somewhat surreal that an individual who is under indictment for mishandling classified information is going to be getting classified intelligence briefings, but it is traditionally provided to the candidates for president by the sitting president,” Brennan said.

Sheriff Dar Leaf Announces Investigation into Michigan 2020 Election: Claims Possession of “Sensitive Documents” Tied to Dominion Employees and High-Profile Figures Including Jocelyn Benson and Dana Nessel — Accuses Muskegon County Prosecutor of Attempting to Usurp His Ongoing Investigation

Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf announced that he has launched an investigation into the handling of the Michigan 2020 election, implicating Dominion Voting Systems officials, Michigan’s Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Attorney General Dana Nessel, computer scientist J. Alex Halderman, and others in potential misconduct.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported in 2022 that Sheriff Dar Leaf filed a lawsuit against the lawless and obstructive actions of Attorney General Dana Nessel, who regularly mocks and threatens her political opponents, together with Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, who’s blocked the efforts of citizens and law enforcement to investigate voter fraud and voter irregularities related to the 2020 election.

The Barry County Sheriff is also suing MI Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s henchman, Jonathan Brater.

Jonathan Brater is Michigan’s Director of Elections, a member of the executive branch of state government, and an employee of the state. As director of elections, Mr. Brater is “vested with the powers and shall perform the duties of the secretary of state under his or her supervision, with respect to the supervision and administration of the election laws.”

The lawsuit states that Attorney General Nessel, who has no accountability to the Barry County Electorate, and even less authority to encroach upon the law enforcement functions of a constitutional sheriff, has committed a flagrant violation of constitutional and statutory laws by usurping the power of Sheriff Dar Leaf by obstructing, impeding, prejudging the ability of a duly elected official to conduct a criminal investigation into allegations of criminal acts related to the 2020 election and voting.

"Madness!": West Is Conducting "All-Out Militarization" To Defeat Russia, Serbian President Warns

Last week we detailed that during Ukrainian President Zelensky's visit to Albania where he appealed for more weapons from Balkan countries, he pushed the idea that all Western-friendly Balkan states should have a pathway to the EU and NATO. And at the same time French President Emmanuel Macron has been busy floating the possibility of Western troops deploying to Ukraine.

Albania is of course a chief regional rival to Moscow's close ally and friend Serbia. Jahja Muhasilovic, a political analyst on the Balkans, had commented of Zelensky's rare Balkan trip that "Albania is known to be one of the staunchest supporters of limiting Russia’s influence here in the region."

"In a way, Zelensky’s visit in Albania is having that geopolitical connotation. He is probably counting on the Western Balkan countries not to help them militarily because they are limited, but through their lobbying part that they can play in continuing the armament of the Ukrainian troops," he explained.

In fresh comments this weekend, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has weighed in and responded to ongoing calls from Western officials to urgently send more weapons to Kiev. Vucic has accused the West of pursuing a policy of "total militarization" toward defeating Russian, which puts the region and the world on the brink of disaster and stumbling to WW3.

"What is happening now is madness," he was cited in regional media as saying. "They all thought that Putin would be easily defeated. Now they see that this is not so."

"The current trend is toward total militarization and a five-fold build-up in all respects," the Serbian president said further during a visit to the Belgrade Military Technical Institute.

Vucic has also warned against European countries sending their troops to Ukraine to confront Russian forces, saying this would immediately and unpredictably escalate the war.

According to Politico on Friday, France is behind a new push for a serious 'option' of Western boots on the ground in Ukraine:

France is building an alliance of countries open to potentially sending Western troops to Ukraine — and in the process deepening its clash with a more cautious Berlin.

French Foreign Minister Stéphane Séjourné was in Lithuania on Friday, where he met his Baltic and Ukrainian counterparts to buttress the idea that foreign troops could end up helping Ukraine in areas like demining.

"It is not for Russia to tell us how we should help Ukraine in the coming months or years," Séjourné said at a meeting chaired by Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis and attended by his Ukrainian counterpart, Dmytro Kuleba. "It is not for Russia to organize how we deploy our actions, or to set red lines. So we decide it among us."

Coming off Macron first raising the issue at an international security conference last month in Paris, French FM Séjourné said further, "Ukraine did not ask us to send troops. Ukraine is asking us to send ammunition at the moment." But then he emphasized, "We do not exclude anything for the coming months."

It is these kinds of ultra-provocative statements which Serbia's Vucic is precisely calling "madness" which sets the stage for nuclear-armed confrontation between Russia and NATO. The trend also seems to be that the more clearly Ukraine forces are losing, the more unhinged and bellicose some Western officials become.

UN expert: Israel is destroying Gaza’s food system as part of bigger “starvation campaign”

An expert with the United Nations (UN) has denounced Israel for destroying Gaza's food system as part of Tel Aviv's bigger "starvation campaign" against the Palestinians.

UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food Michael Fakhri issued this condemnation during a March 7 speech before the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva. The council wasn't off the hook as the Lebanese-Canadian law professor rebuked it for its inaction, remarking: "The images of starvation in Gaza are unbearable and you are doing nothing."

According to Fakhri, "Israel has mounted a starvation campaign against the Palestinian people in Gaza." He added that Tel Aviv is "destroying the food system" there by targeting small-scale fishermen, denying them access to the sea and destroying their boats and shacks. Fakhri continued that around 80 percent of the Strip's fishing sector has been destroyed since the Hamas attack on Oct. 7 and that Israeli forces have demolished every boat in the main port of Gaza City – the Strip's capital.

The law professor is one of dozens of independent human rights experts mandated by the UN to report and advise on specific themes and crises, according to Reuters. Several other countries including Egypt and Iraq have echoed his criticism of Israel for the growing hunger in Gaza.

Fakhri concluded his speech by calling on UN member countries to also consider sanctions, cutting diplomatic ties and implementing arms embargoes with Israel. "This is on your watch. Please turn your words into action," he said.

A day earlier on March 6, World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus took to X to call for more aid into Gaza alongside an immediate ceasefire. He also shared a video detailing the situation in the area under siege by Israel. According to the WHO head who hails from Ethiopia, children in Gaza who have survived bombings by the Israel Defense Forces may not now survive famine.

Israelis line up for burgers as Palestinians starve

The remarks by Fakhri and Tedros come at the heels of American fast-food chain Shake Shack opening its first branch in Israel. The burger joint opened its first location in the Jewish-majority nation at Dizengoff Street in the coastal city of Tel Aviv on March 5. According to the Middle East Eye, Shake Shack's opening in the city saw groups of people line up to get their orders.

Israeli newspaper Haaretz meanwhile said Shake Shack's opening in Tel Aviv was kept "deliberately low-key." It added that since the start of Israel's war against Hamas – formally the Islamic Resistance Movement – the joint has been keeping "almost completely silent about plans to expand into Israel, with nothing more posted on any of their social media platforms after the original announcement." The company's Israeli leadership has refused repeated requests for an interview.

Ironically, Shake Shack's opening in Israel coincided with the Gaza Health Ministry's announcement that 18 people had died from malnutrition in the Strip since the war began. This sparked calls for an international boycott of the burger joint.

Several users took to social media to air their outrage and rebuke the burger joint's move to open in Israel.

"Shake Shack has opened in Israeli territory in a time of genocide. Shut [down] its branches in the Arab world," one user said. Outside of Israel, Shake Shack has branches in several Gulf countries – Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. Others suggested alternatives to Shake Shack, with one user suggesting the Fat Cap burger shop in Kuwait.

Meanwhile, other users publicly vowed that they would never patronize Shake Shack anymore. One user issued a sarcastic response, inviting others to try out the chain's "blood of the innocent shake" and the "starving children" burger.

Israel Aerospace signs classified NIS 1.6b Defense Ministry deal

Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) has notified the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) about a classified deal for its Systems Missiles and Space (SMS) Group. IAI signed a contract with Israel’s Ministry of Defense for the sale of armament systems worth NIS 1.6 billion. The classified deal will be performed over two years and was reported because it was for a material amount.

During the Swords of Iron War, weapons and systems manufactured by IAI are being deployed on all fronts and in the air, at seas and on land. These include unmanned aerial vehicles, loitering munitions, naval weapons and one of the stars of the war — “Panda”, a remotely operated D-9 bulldozer. As the war proceeds, “CNN’ reported last week that the US fears Israeli maneuvers in Lebanon in the next few months. It is possible that IAI’s latest major deal with the Ministry of Defense is connected to rearmament and equipping for such a significant maneuver.

IAI’s report on the NIS 1.6 billion deal came four days after the end of the Singapore Airshow where IAI presented its capabilities led by CEO Boaz Levy. This was one of the world’s most important airshows and the most important in Asia. Sources close to the matter told “Globes” that the company took advantage of the Singapore Airshow to demonstrate to potential customers its means and trials in the fields of big data and AI.

Firm building facility near US military installation confirms ties to Chinese Communist party

The Chinese parent company of Cnano USA Inc. (Cnano USA) — which intends to build a facility in Kansas approximately 70 miles from Missouri’s Whiteman Air Force Base — employs dozens of CCP members and sold products to a Chinese university for its use in a Chinese military program.

The president of a firm building a manufacturing facility near several Midwest military bases confirmed that his firm’s China-based parent company employs Chinese Communist Party (CCP) members and was previously involved in a military program during a state committee hearing on Monday.

The Chinese parent company of Cnano USA Inc. (Cnano USA) — which intends to build a facility in Kansas approximately 70 miles from Missouri’s Whiteman Air Force Base — employs dozens of CCP members and sold products to a Chinese university for its use in a Chinese military program, Shawn Montgomery, Cnano USA president, testified during a Kansas House Committee on Commerce, Labor and Economic Development hearing. The corporate records of Cnano USA’s China-based parent company, Cnano Jiangsu Technology Co., Ltd. (Cnano Jiangsu) state that the Chinese firm employs 28 CCP members and participated in the Chinese government’s so-called “863 Program,” which supports the development of China’s military, the DCNF recently reported based on research conducted by The Heritage Foundation Oversight Project and Heritage Action.

“I absolutely share the same concerns as all of you regarding foreign actors that could be a threat to our economy, our security, our safety and sincerely appreciate Kansas legislation’s effort to protect those fundamental interests,” Montgomery testified during Monday’s hearing concerning HB 2766, which, if adopted, will prohibit “foreign principals from countries of concern from holding any interest in certain real property in this state,” according to its text.

Kansas Republican state House Majority Leader Chris Croft told the DCNF that the bill will address constituent concerns regarding “CCP influence in our backyard.” However, Montgomery expressed “specific concerns” about the legislation during Monday’s hearing, citing the bill’s proposed 150-mile buffer zone around military installations.

Cnano USA is building an approximately $95 million manufacturing facility in Kansas because the state is “centrally located” and a U.S. facility will allow Cnano Jiangsu to avoid “costly trade tariffs,” according to Montgomery. The facility will produce carbon nanotubes that are “150,000 times smaller than the width of a human hair,” “highly conductive” and used in batteries and other products, he said.

Missouri Gov. Mike Parson issued an executive order in January 2024 banning entities tied to China from purchasing agricultural land within 10 miles of any “critical military facilities” in Missouri following the DCNF’s report. More recently, House and Senate Republicans led by Kansas Rep. Jake LaTurner and Missouri Rep. Mark Alford urged the Treasury Department and the Department of Defense to investigate Cnano USA, and Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has also called on the Biden administration to restrict foreign land ownership near military bases such as Whiteman Air Force Base.

Netanyahu slams as 'false' Biden’s accusation that he’s harming Israel

Israelis support IDF action in Gaza to destroy Hamas and they do not support the return of the PA to Gaza, Netanyahu said.

“These are not my private policies only, they are policies supported by the overwhelming majority of the Israelis,” Netanyahu told the US-based news organization.

Netanyahu said, that if Biden meant “that I am pursuing private policies against the wish of the majority of Israelis and that this is hurting the interests of Israel then he is wrong on both counts.”

Outrage as videos emerge of Israeli soldiers admitting to deliberate murder of Palestinian children

Videos of Israeli soldiers openly confessing to targeting Palestinian children have sparked widespread outrage across social media platforms.

In one particularly distressing recording, an Israeli soldier is seen admitting on camera his desire to harm an infant, but ultimately resorting to instead murdering a 12-year-old Palestinian girl when unable to locate one.

In the footage circulating on social media, the soldier is heard telling a comrade: “We are looking for babies, but there are no babies left.”

The unseen person off-camera requests clarification, prompting the soldier to respond: ‘I killed a girl who was 12 years old, but we are looking for the babies.’

https://twitter.com/i/status/1740203751028441470

Another video features a different soldier proudly admitting to shooting two children playing football in the Gaza Strip. The soldier explains: “I went to Gaza, and there were two little girls playing football. So, what did I do? I took my weapon and shot them both in the head.”

https://twitter.com/i/status/1740393930439708693

The videos have sparked widespread condemnation, with some social media users calling for accountability for war crimes.

The Israeli army is under intense scrutiny for its actions in Gaza, with several videos surfacing of Israel Defense Forces soldiers mocking Palestinians and highlighting the harsh conditions they are forced to endure.

Earlier in December, a video emerged of an Israeli soldier destroying remaining items inside a toy store in the Jabalia refugee camp in the Gaza Strip. Another clip, seemingly showing an IDF soldier celebrating his daughter’s second birthday by detonating a house in Gaza, went viral across websites and social media.

These actions have been condemned by the international community as an attempt to “humiliate” Palestinians in “revenge” for the Hamas attack on Oct. 7.

“These videos and their content have no military value to Israelis,” wrote Daoud Kuttab, an award-winning Palestinian journalist and the director of Community Media Network, in an Arab News column published earlier in December.

In an investigation, Israeli newspaper Haaretz exposed a racist social media account allegedly operated by the IDF military. The channel, named “72 Virgins — Uncensored,” has been used by the Israeli army to share graphic content depicting the killing of Palestinians and the destruction of the Gaza Strip.

Israeli forces have intensified attacks in central and southern areas of Gaza, causing distress among residents who fear further ground incursions into densely populated zones already housing tens of thousands of people displaced by the conflict between Israel and Hamas.

According to Palestinian health authorities, the toll from Israeli attacks in the past 24 hours stands at 210 confirmed deaths, escalating the war’s casualties to 31,320 individuals, nearly 1 percent of Gaza’s population. There are fears that many more may be trapped beneath the rubble.

Israel given free hand to complete ethnic cleansing, genocide in Gaza: Iran Foreign Ministry

The spokesman for Iran’s Foreign Ministry says the US, Europe and international organizations have no intention to put an end to Israel’s crimes against the Palestinian children and women in the Gaza Strip.

“The criminal Israeli regime has been assured that it has a free hand to complete its ethnic cleansing project and genocide (of the Palestinian people) without having to be held accountable,” Nasser Kan’ani said in a post on his official X account on Saturday.

Israel Accused Of Torturing UN Workers To Obtain False Testimony About UNRWA

A recent UNRWA document says its staff report having been tortured while detained by Israeli forces, who pressed them to provide false statements about ties between the agency and Hamas.

“The document said several UNRWA Palestinian staffers had been detained by the Israeli army, and added that the ill-treatment and abuse they said they had experienced included severe physical beatings, waterboarding, and threats of harm to family members,” Reuters reports, saying UNRWA workers “reported having been pressured by Israeli authorities into falsely stating that the agency has Hamas links and that staff took part in the Oct. 7 attacks.”

This is another one of those stories about Israeli offenses that are so stunning that at first you can mistakenly believe you must not be reading it correctly — especially since the western political-media class haven’t been treating it like the jarring news that it is. If we had anything remotely like an objective news media in the western world, reports that Israel tortured United Nations staff to get them to make false statements against a UN aid agency would be the top story everywhere for days.

Many, including myself, speculated that torture was involved in obtaining the Israeli “intelligence” behind initial claims of UNRWA staff involvement in the October 7 attack when this narrative first surfaced back in January. A senior Israeli official told Axios at the time that Israeli intelligence agencies came upon the information about the UNRWA staffers largely through “interrogations of militants who were arrested during the Oct. 7 attack.” Israel has an extensive history of using torture in its interrogations, and there’s no reason to believe such methods haven’t been used on captured Hamas fighters in recent months — but reports that it was actual UN staff being tortured are something new.

We may be certain that if it was Hamas being accused of torturing workers for international aid agencies in order to extract false confessions, we’d never hear the end of it. To this day unsubstantiated rumors of mass systemic sexual violence on October 7 continue to dominate the headlines resulting in scandalous instances of journalistic malpractice, despite the Israeli spinmeisters behind those reports having a much worse track record than UNRWA in the truth-telling department and UNRWA standing much less to gain than Israel by lying.

But that’s what the information ecosystem looks like in the shadow of the empire. The flimsiest allegations against enemies of the US-centralized power alliance are spun as gospel truth and kept in the headlines for months, while even the most damning evidence against the empire never gets anything better than a cursory nod from the mass media and is then promptly memory-holed as the daily news churn moves on.

New NATO airbase in Albania shows its members are effectively satellite states

NATO is the single most dangerous threat to global security. The belligerent alliance is anything but what it claims to be. Although formed as a supposedly “defensive alliance”, NATO never actually defended anyone or anything in the 75 years of its most unfortunate existence. Quite the contrary, the belligerent alliance attacked dozens of countries, particularly in the aftermath of the (First) Cold War, with its first victim being Yugoslavia/Serbia. The political West fabricated the narrative that Serbs were allegedly “war criminals” in order to justify its direct invasion of the country it previously carved up by backing various separatist movements, particularly the narco-terrorists in Serbia’s southern province of Kosovo and Metohia, radical Islamists in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the Neo-Nazi/Ustashe regime in Croatia.

In the last over two decades, the United States made sure to “legitimize” this conquest by imposing its narrative on everyone in the region and the rest of the world. An important segment of that was pushing the newly established countries (in reality mere satellite states) into joining NATO, regardless of the will of the people. Just how “sovereign” these new entities are is perhaps best illustrated by their infinitely servile relationship with the belligerent alliance, with Albania being perhaps the most extreme example. Namely, on March 4, Tirana officially re-opened the Kucova Airbase. The site was built in the early 1950s, but was largely abandoned in the 1990s, when the Albanian Air Force effectively stopped existing after it retired all of its fixed-wing aircraft, leaving only a handful of helicopters.

Over the last several years, NATO invested in reviving this (First) Cold War relic “into a modern hub for NATO future air operations”, according to its own announcement. Kucova Airbase is located approximately 85 km south of Tirana and its new official purpose will be to serve as a logistics, air operations, training and exercises hub for the Albanian Air Force (FASh) and other NATO air forces. However, in reality, as previously mentioned, the Albanian military doesn’t really have a functioning air arm, as FASh is quite small and doesn’t really need an airbase such as the one at Kucova. On the other hand, NATO does, which is why it invested around €50 million (nearly $55 million) in the renovation and modernization of the airbase. NATO insists that it’s of strategic importance.

“The airbase will serve as an important NATO air hub,” said Acting Spokesperson Dylan White, adding: “The makeover of Kucova Airbase is a strategic investment and shows that NATO continues to strengthen its presence in the Western Balkans, an area of strategic importance to the Alliance.”

The opening ceremony certainly suggests that it’s considered extremely important, as it was attended by the Albanian President Bajram Begaj, Prime Minister Edi Rama, President of the Assembly Lindita Nikolla, Defense Minister Niko Peleshi and the Chief of Defense Major General Arben Kingji. In addition, Italian Defense Minister Guido Crosetto, Turkish Lieutenant General Göksel Kahya and several other high-ranking officials and military officers were present and also spoke at the ceremony. NATO also sent the Commander of the Combined Air Operations Center Torrejón, Lieutenant General Juan Pablo Sanchez De Lara and the General Manager of the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), Stacy Cummings. This suggests that the airbase will be a major logistics hub for NATO.

According to their own assessment, Kucova is the belligerent alliance’s biggest project in Albania in the last decade. Renovation work began with a ground-breaking ceremony in 2019 and includes upgrades and modernization of the control tower, runways, hangars and storage facilities. The renovation was officially funded by NATO’s Security Investment Program (NSIP), the purpose of which is to cover major construction projects in various vassals and satellite states. Albania is certainly among the least sovereign ones, as evidenced by what will effectively be full exterritoriality rights for the Kucova Airbase. As previously mentioned, FASh lacks any fixed-wing aircraft, so it doesn’t really need an airbase with modern runways, hangars, control towers and storage facilities.

UK Gov’t To Make Independent Media Illegal Under New Terrorism Law

The British government is broadening the definition of “terrorism” to include content produced by independent media outlets which exposes corruption within the government.

A proposal presented by Communities Secretary Michael Gove is spearheading the campaign to make “undermining British values” a criminal offence in Britain.

Reclaimthenet.org reports: Likely to cover all political and ideological bases, Gove is mentioning both “Islamists” and “far Right” organizations and their harmful activities that slip under the radar as the reason the current understanding of extremism is “too narrow.”

But there doesn’t seem to be consensus on this in the US cabinet, with some ministers voicing fears that a lot of groups taking a stance on several issues – such as those opposed to lockdowns, religious organizations that are anti-abortion, gay marriage, trans-gender women in places designated as same-sex, “radical” student groups, etc. – could get caught up in this widened “definition dragnet.”

The problem with that is that these groups are now operating lawfully, according to the Equality Act 2010.

And if the definition is also made enforceable, even political parties, such as the Scottish National Party, could end up on the wrong side of the new rules, reports say.

Right now, extremism in the UK is defined (since 2011) as “vocal or active opposition to fundamental British values, including democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance of different faiths and beliefs.”

This definition is not statutory, which means it effectively prevents only the government and other administrative bodies from working with or funding such groups.

But Gove wants to “fix” this by making the broader definition statutory.

To achieve this, the current paragraph would get this addition:

“The promotion or advancement of any ideology which aims to overturn or undermine the UK’s system of parliamentary democracy, its institutions and values; or threaten the rights of individuals or create a permissive environment for radicalization, hate crime and terrorism.”

Rather than just “broader,” this reads as straight-up and worrisomely vague.

And when some political representatives, MPs among them, try to wrap their heads around the very concept of “British values,” it becomes clear that the conundrum of defining such things in a way acceptable to everyone becomes mission impossible.

“What does it even mean to undermine British values’ when there is no consensus – and certainly no legal definition – of what those values are?,” MP Miriam Cates summed it up.
