Not true, we had a discussion of Haiti cannibals last night and we asked Dan to ask POTUS to send some help there because these combatants are coming in from Afrika and are warlords. The analysis was that they are going to take over to create a staging area and when they control the government that they would start to create gov passports and try to infiltrate America.
