I can imagine POTUS answering thusly:

"Who is Q? Where did you hear about Q? Because I'm going to tell you….A VERY BIG SECRET. Q is part of a terrorist group that wants to assassinate me. The good people at the FBI are on to them, though."

Watch them not acknowledge Q then….
