Hi, I need some technical advice from some kind anon(s).
I found some interesting evidence that is saved as short GIF clips. GIF format was the only format I could get the evidence.
I would like to post them to the board joined together as one continuous clip, because I think it is then more obvious to see what I consider as possibly notable.
None of the multiple programs I have will convert GIFs to MP4 for example, or join multiple GIF files.
I have searched online and tried a number of programs and websites with no success.
The programs I have tried won't work and the websites cannot join GIFs that are as big as the raw GIF clips I have.
I don't have Photoshop- is that the best option or can anyone suggest another program or website that will either join multiple GIFs or convert them to MP4s? (so I can join them myself)
I have been sitting on this research for three weeks and I'd like to post it as I think it is valuable.
