Whoever put this graphic together has no idea what they are talking about.
Fresh water aquifers are replenished by rain and rain alone.
Water that somehow squeezes out of the mantle through volcanic processes is EXTREAMLY saline. It's actually super-saturated when it gets to the surface and has to cool down or boil. This is what produces most interesting mineral deposits. It's also how the oceans came to be so salty. The high pressure allows higher temperatures, which allow the water to dissolve minerals that it otherwise would not be able to.
The whole idea that these processes can replenish fresh water supplies is pure quackery.
