I agree with much of the spirit of your comment. Unfortunately we've been a uniparty for some time behind the scenes. A separate party could arise. Parties have come and gone throughout history. I think parties are part of the problem though. Maybe get rid of them completely. The structure of the election system makes it inevitable that we will have a two-party system, making it hard for a politician to be an individual, assuming he wanted to be, and making cabal influence easy.
