I assume whenever he appears at a rally he is wearing body armor, hence a larger looser jacket size at those times, and normal fitting clothes when he's in a private setting like this pic. I could be wrong tho.

2-NYAW flew from Iasi, Romania and is at this moment descending near Paris.
2-BASG left Geneva, flew over Moscow at high altitude, and looks to be continuing on to somewhere in Russia. World Cup? Over.
