SILENT WEAPONS FOR QUIET WARS
The Quiet War was quietly declared by the International Elite at a meeting held in 1954. (1st bilderberg?)
This document, which was distributed in 1979, serves as a operations manual for quietly manipulating and killing millions of people.
Side note: the notables have it listed as the nasa war document, but that was something else entirely. Also the document wasn't put out in the 50's, the meeting to declare war (the Quiet War) was held in the 50's.
