Supreme Court of Canada Rules it is Female Assault Victim Should be Referred to “Person with Vagina” and not as “Woman”

In a recent sexual assault case, The Supreme Court of Canada ruled it was “problematic” for a lower court judge to refer to the alleged victim as a “woman,” implying that the term that should have been used is “person with a vagina.”

Justice Sheilah Martin, nominated to the Court by woke champion Justin Trudeau in 2017, wrote in a decision published Friday that a trial judge’s use of the word “a woman” may “have been unfortunate and engendered confusion.”

According to The National Post, the involves a sexual assault allegation made by a woman against Charles Kruk. The victim alleges she was intoxicated and lost when Kruk took home with him in 2017 to call her family for help.

She passed out, and when she woke up, her pants were off, and Kruk was assaulting her.

The Israeli Lobby's Motive Promoting The TikTok Ban

While the prevailing narrative surrounding efforts to ban TikTok in the United States has echoed the same jingoistic appeal to preserve our "national security" that every landmark bill assaulting the civil liberties of Americans has used to veil its true intent, that initiative may be led by another sovereign nation whose perverse influence over American politics makes them much more qualified to be labeled a foreign adversary than anyone pushing the social media platform. Much like the Patriot Act and policy making both foreign and domestic that has shaped the US political landscape for the worst, Israel's ubiquitous influence over American politics shows that the Jewish state's fingerprints are unsurprisingly all over the TikTok ban as well. It's no secret that Israel is losing the information war over Gaza when it comes to Gen Z. By promoting a bill that divests existing parties from control over the app, the ban paves the way for a new consortium of ownership to come in and use the platform to usurp control of the narrative on the war in Gaza back in the hands of the pro-Israel lobby.

The bill itself defines a "foreign adversary" as those listed under 10 U.S. Code § 4872(d)(2) which in turn refers to these parties as "covered nation[s]". On that short list are the usual suspects when it comes to the eternal boogeymen that instill fear in the hearts of every simple minded NPC in the United States: North Korea, China, Iran, and of course RussiaRussiaRussia. Those countries have something else in common that has emerged in the international geopolitical landscape, their growing opposition to the Israel-US axis and its view on the future of the Gaza Strip. 23 States and District of Columbia File Amicus Briefs in Favor of Joe Biden and Government Censorship and Regulation of Speech in America – via the MO v. Biden Case

Twenty-three Democrat run states and the District of Columbia, the home of our nation’s capital, filed amicus briefs in support of government censorship and banning of free speech in the United States.

These 23 states and the District of Columbia filed amicus briefs in support of the Biden administration in the SCOTUS case is Murthy, et al v. Missouri, et al, 23-411 (Missouri v. Biden) case.

The states essentially argue that they have an interest in collaborating with tech companies to “encourage” the public to behave themselves and “discourage” the public from believing alleged “disinformation” or engaging in online predatory behavior. The clear message is that they believe that the government has the right to shut down and censor speech.

The “most important free speech case in a generation” Missouri v. Biden (Murthy v. Missouri), is set to be heard by the Supreme Court on Monday, March 18th.

Missouri v. Biden is the case filed by the courageous Attorneys General from Missouri and Louisiana against the Biden Administration for their violations of the First Amendment. Specifically, the case complains to the Court that the federal government violated the Constitution when it specifically directed social media companies to delete and censor comments, articles, accounts, memes and photos they disliked, and when the FBI’s corrupt agents, agents like Elvis Chan, engaged in a wholesale deplatforming of specific users, specific comments, and specific topics.

The government was purposefully censoring truthful information.

Johnson Whips Out Ukraine Funding Promise To Appease Senate, No Mention Of Border Security

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) told Republican Senators that the House would be sending over legislation to send more US taxpayer funds to defend Ukraine's border.

For starters, Johnson suggested that the package could be a loan or lend-lease program in order to pretend that the US will ever see any return on the 'investment' - an idea floated by former President Donald Trump last month.

Next, Johnson suggested something similar to the REPO for Ukrainians Act sponsored by Rep. Michael McCaul (R-TX), which would allow for the confiscation of Russian sovereign assets - which would be liquidated and deposited into a Ukraine support fund, senators told the outlet.

Absent from the discussion was any mention of whether US border reforms would be included, such as "Remain in Mexico" language, which Senate Democrats would vehemently support.

Singing a different tune to the press?

While Johnson made all sorts of promises to the Senate, he told the NY Post that Ukraine funding will take a backseat to funding the federal government for the rest of the fiscal year.

Johnson (R-La.) underscored his support for Kyiv against Russia’s invasion during a “Fireside Chat’ with The Post’s Josh Christenson at the House GOP Issues Conference, but claimed that moving too quickly on a bill that includes $60 billion in assistance for eastern Europe could have sunk government spending talks.

"It was important for us to not put the supplemental in front of the appropriations bills because it would affect, probably, the vote tally ultimately on the appropriations and we had to get our government funded," he told the outlet.

Johnson's appeal to the senate came one day after Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) pressured him to bring the Senate-passed package funding Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan to the House floor.

UK Government Names ‘Extremist’ Groups ‘Operating Lawfully’ to Be Scrutinised in New Crackdown on Islamism and Neo-Nazis

The UK has announced it is working on a new, broader definition of extremism that will cover groups that until recently even worked with the government, a tacit admission that Britain has been funding and providing succour to Islamist groups for years.

Conservative minister Michael Gove addressed the Commons on Thursday, reassuring the public that the United Kingdom is “stronger because of our diversity” even if that is now “under challenge” from extremists. Unveiling a new definition of the term, he said, will increase scrutiny and stop the government from inadvertently supporting such groups in the course of misguided community outreach. In particular, Gove said the definition would cover groups that do not technically break the law, but which nevertheless agitate against liberal democracy.

“Most extremist materials and activities are not illegal and do not lead to terrorism or the national security threshold. For instance, Islamist and Neo-Nazi groups in Britain are operating in Britain lawfully, but they advocate and work towards the replacement of democracy with an Islamist or Nazi society,” he said.

Gove named five organisations as examples of such groups, three Islamist and two Neo-Nazi. Of the Islamists, he cited the Muslim Association of Britain, Guantánamo Bay campaigners CAGE, Muslim Engagement and Development (MEND), and of the Nazis he spoke of Patriotic Alternative and the 1960s-era white supremacist group the British National Socialist Movement.

In naming groups from just two extremes, Gove appeared to be presenting a perceived dichotomy of extremism, yet despite recent warnings from the government’s independent adviser on political violence and disruption on the left-wing threat, no such groups have yet been cited. Lord Walney had cautioned that far-left groups were making an “unholy alliance” with radical Islamists, and there is presently a “gap in the government’s understanding of damage that the anti-democratic far-Left can do… They are now at the forefront of the threat to our democratic institutions.”
