Listen dumbass, it would only take one tainted ARP packet inserted onto a main backbone carrier, to totally disrupt and bring the entire internet down within seconds. Any 3rd rate hacker could do this with tools that are presently widely available. All they would need is to be given access the root backbone infrastructure.
