OK, so Manafort is in Solitary most of each day.

Is it that:

1, He is the source of all of POTUS' problems and POTUS wants him kept alive to squeal on a pile of black hats?

1. POTUS has nothing to do with it and Mueller is the White Hat trying to roll Manafort?

1. None of the above applies and Manafort is simply a crook that Mueller wants to roast?

I simply don't get what this guy has that Mueller wants. Money laundering is a common thing to prosecute, but the lengths that Mueller is going to is a bit much, I think.
