I have been broken down to points I thought was the worst only to find there were more layers down, but after the breaking there is a lull, and in that lull God speaks to me, corrections and reassurances, a perfect polarity always. Then, when that is done, there is a strengthening I cannot describe which occurs, and it prepares me for the next breakdown KEK. If I were to look in retrospect honestly, I see the line not as a line but more as a line -dip -> line -> dip -> line -> dip but the overall flow of the chart is progressing forward/upward and not backward/downward. There's a name for this type of chart but I can't remember, has something to do with a story arc and litfags. The point is you will grow in your walk with Christ through all of this. You won't regret it either, look back and see how much you grew. But this is hard to see in the middle of a dip, and no telling how long that season lasts for an individual. Just focus on Jesus, revisit the scriptures
(I assume you are a Christian)
Godbless regardless
