It's nothing new. Not even newsworthy really. He was singled because he is a Trump supporter. White flight is not his concept or idea. He just stated the reasoning. Everyone wants to have a good life. And feel safe. This is why White Flight pre-dates the internet, television, and radio. Possibly even the printed word.
