I'm sorry I'm going to rant. I was arguing with someone and I'm just done. Can someone please explain to me why so many people think government courts are the final say in whether or not government get's to infringe on the rights the constitution forbids government from infringing on? So government says it's ok for government to do what the constitution forbids government from doing, and that makes sense to people???

That's another thing. They make you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, then the judge orders you that you can't tell certain parts of the truth.
