You miss one valid point of my system. It is not only an election system but a recall system. A counter application can run every hour or day tallying up your personal ballot. This way if you change your ballot which is your vote on the next count an incumbent is put out of office within that day or hour depending on when the counter applications is set to run. This solves that issue 100% more effective than any other system which requires either a candidate to retire or be elected out of office.
