"one of" is how they have been doing it to us for ages to our detriment and we haven't properly called them out on it.
It is disingenuous but provides them with plausible deniability.
This company is "one of" the best at: detecting election fraud, looking for harmful ingredients in vaccines, fraud detection in financial systems, yada yada yada.
The courts would have no say to these assertions because they are true. Even the absolute worst is "one of"
