“They had firearms and drugs”: DeSantis describes dangerous group of illegal Haitian thugs trying to sneak into Florida…

A massive wave of Haitians is reportedly heading toward Florida, with rumors suggesting a staggering 300,000 are on their way. Haiti, as you might have heard, is currently under the rule of a gang leader nicknamed “Barbecue.” And before you think it’s because of his amazing grill skills, it’s actually due to his penchant for burning people alive. So, it’s no surprise that we’re on the cusp of yet another massive wave of migrants flooding over. Among them, it’s likely we’ll find a colorful assortment of gang lords, all keen to avoid becoming the main course at “Barbecue’s” next feast.

Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz is raising red flags galore, determined to prevent Florida from becoming the next “Haiti.” He’s urging Biden to “do the right thing,” though that seems like a tall order already. Here’s what Matt shared in a recent post on X:

I don’t want southeast Florida to become Haiti.

I am calling on Joe Biden to do the right thing and declare an anticipated state of mass migration over water.

That way we could get naval vessels in the Florida straits to deter the thousands of incoming Haitians before they invade the United States.

But Matt’s bold and courageous stance might be too late. Right on schedule, the drama unfolds. Governor Ron DeSantis has just revealed that officials intercepted a vessel packed with 25 Haitian migrants, along with a stash of guns and drugs. This is just fantastic, isn’t it? They’re obviously sending over their best and brightest. Odds are, among them, we’ve probably got at least 24 doctors.

Sadly, there’s plenty more where that came from.

Bloomberg:

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is deploying 250 law enforcement officers and an air-and-sea fleet to Florida’s southern waters to help curb a potential wave of Haitian immigrants.

Haiti has spiraled after weeks of chaos and violence, with gangs controlling 80% of the capital and large swaths of countryside, forcing tens of thousand of people from their homes. Prime Minister Ariel Henry stepped down on Tuesday to make way for a transitional government, and the US and other countries have evacuated non-essential embassy personnel.

“No state has done more to supplement the (under-resourced) U.S. Coast Guard’s interdiction efforts; we cannot have illegal aliens coming to Florida,” DeSantis said in a statement on Tuesday.

While the US Coast Guard repatriated about 65 Haitians located near the Bahamas this week, there’s no current indication of a mass exodus to Florida, which lies 700 miles (1,100 kilometers) from Haiti.

The governor said he will send up to 133 Florida State Guardsmen to the Florida Keys, alongside additional support from the state’s National Guard, department of law enforcement, highway patrol and fish and wildlife conservation commission.

Florida has been seeing an increase in the number of migrants from Caribbean nations like Cuba and Haiti coming by boat. About 500 Cuban migrants arrived to the small islands of the Florida Keys in January 2023 over three days.

And what’s really scary is that sources within the Coast Guard are saying they’ve been ordered to let all Haitian migrants in. Well, Biden can’t build his new voting bloc on his own, right?

So, it looks like DeSantis, much like Texas, is gearing up for a showdown with the US federal government in his bid to ensure the safety of his citizens. Honestly, that’s not how America should operate. If anyone still can’t see that this invasion is 100 percent orchestrated, they’re either not keeping up or, frankly, they’re as keen on seeing this collapse as the Biden regime is.

DeSantis Signs Law Increasing Penalties For Illegal Border Crossers

ShawnFleetwood@ShawnFleetwood

March 15, 2024

Ron DeSantis talking at a presser.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed legislation on Friday aimed at discouraging illegal immigration, as President Biden’s manufactured border invasion continues to rage.

“The federal government has failed in its responsibility to secure our southern border, leaving states to fend for themselves,” DeSantis said during a press conference. “In Florida, we do not tolerate illegal immigration, let alone lawlessness committed by illegal aliens who shouldn’t be here in the first place.”

According to a summary released by DeSantis’ office, Senate Bill 1036 will heighten penalties for crimes committed by illegal aliens who unlawfully reenter the United States after previously being deported. For example, “a third-degree felony (up to 5 years in prison) after deportation will [now] be charged as a second-degree felony (up to 15 years in prison).” The law is set to take effect on Oct. 1, according to Florida’s Voice.

House Bill 1451 prohibits Florida localities from “accepting ID cards issued to illegal aliens by other jurisdictions.” State law already bars counties and municipalities from issuing government IDs to foreign border crossers. The final bill signed by the GOP governor, House Bill 1589, “increases penalties on individuals who operate a vehicle without a driver’s license.”

Both measures will take effect on July 1.

The new laws strengthen legislation signed by DeSantis last year, which according to an office press release, made “using E-Verify mandatory for any employer with 25 or more employees, impose[d] enforceable penalties for those employing illegal aliens, and enhance[d] penalties for human smuggling.” The law also negated ID cards issued to illegal aliens in other states, barred local governments from providing ID cards to illegal aliens, and required hospitals “to collect and submit data on the costs of providing health care to illegal aliens.”

During Friday’s presser, DeSantis also revealed that Florida Fish and Wildlife officers intercepted a vessel comprised of 25 suspected Haitian nationals last month. Upon apprehending the boat, state authorities discovered firearms, drugs, and night-vision gear. The alleged illegal immigrants were turned over to the Coast Guard for deportation, according to DeSantis.

The revelation came two days after after the governor deployed state authorities to Florida’s southern coast to combat a suspected influx of illegals coming from Haiti, amid the country’s civil unrest.

Florida’s crackdown on illegal immigration runs in stark contrast to the ongoing border invasion furthered by Democrats. Since taking office, Biden’s administration has enacted policies that have allowed more than 10 million illegal immigrants to pour over the U.S.-Mexico border, according to the Washington Examiner.

Last month, House Republicans impeached Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for his role in facilitating the ongoing crisis. The House GOP has neglected to use congressional budget fights to force the administration to enforce existing immigration laws and defend U.S. sovereignty, however.

Agreed all the rest of attorneys, judged, prosecutors are going to be revealed as compromised and controlled. The judges that agreed to persecute Trump are in for deep shit. E J Carroll will be convicted for a RICO conspiracy and Collusion.

That would be great, everyone involved in a conspiracy andthat will grab up all the Russiagate criminals too, because they still are involved.

This will be the most far reaching RICO WW Racketeering collusion, that other countries, their leaders and their IC will be indicted

That's forbidden love! ALAN DERSHOWITZ slams Georgia judge for letting DA Fani Willis continue her war on Trump despite paying her 'lover' with taxpayer dollars…

… it's more proof of America's rotten justice.1/2

ALAN DERSHOWITZ

MAR 15, 2024

Who will guard against the corruption of some of America's guardians?

No one, apparently. Not in Georgia anyway. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee, adjudicating over the state's election interference case against Donald Trump, has essentially let District Attorney Fani Willis off the hook.

Willis has been prosecuting the sprawling racketeering case against the former president and 18 other co-defendants. That was until proceedings were abruptly halted in early January when it was revealed that she had engaged in a secret romance with the special prosecutor she appointed for the trial.

After weeks of silence, Willis and her now-former lover Nathan Wade admitted to their 'personal relationship,' but insisted it began after November 2021, when Wade was hired.

In a dramatic role reversal, Willis and Wade both took the witness stand for two days of evidentiary hearings that delved deeply into their private lives.

It was revealed that Wade billed the Georgia taxpayer more than $728,000 in legal fees for his work on this case. And some of the money helped finance a lifestyle of vacations to Belize, California's Napa Valley and the Caribbean that he and Willis enjoyed together.

In the world of public service, this alleged offense is known as 'self-dealing' - the practice of exploiting one's position of authority to enrich oneself.

Trump's defense attorneys claimed that their relationship created an untenable conflict of interest and grounds for the judge to disqualify Willis from the case.

Yet, on Friday, Judge McAfee somehow found a way to look the other way and deal public faith in American justice another sickening blow.

Logic, the law and morality be damned.

It's a decision that would make the wise King Solomon shudder.

For Judge McAfee has split the baby in half.

In a 23-page order, he found that Willis committed a 'tremendous lapse in judgment' and behaved in an 'unprofessional manner' for failing to disclose her romantic relationship with Wade.

Yet inexplicably, McAfee ruled that Willis would not be disqualified from the case.

He concluded that there was only an 'appearance of a conflict of interest,' and not enough evidence of a material 'conflict' to merit her dismissal.

McAfee has given Willis two options: either she and her office withdraw from his case voluntarily or Wade quits.

I wonder what she'll decide.

Now, it may well be true that the Georgia case against Trump was not commenced for the sole purpose of making Willis and her lover rich. But that is hardly not the proper standard on which McAfee should have based his decision.

The evidence shows that both parties were enriched during their investigation. That is a clear conflict of interest and far more than a mere 'appearance'.

In fact, the real question is not if Willis should be barred from continuing her prosecution, but whether she should be investigated, indicted and convicted.

If DA Fani Willis were prosecuting citizen Fani Willis, she would surely have an extremely strong case.

Among the potential charges: perjury, conspiracy and obstruction of justice.

Willis testified under oath that her romantic relationship with Wade began in 2022 after he was appointed to join the case.

But Robin Bryant-Yeartie, a former friend and co-worker of Willis, testified that she had 'no doubt' Willis and Wade began dating in 2019.

Terrence Bradley, Wade's former law partner, corroborated that claim in text messages revealed to the court, even though he later claimed on the witness stand that he had 'no personal knowledge' of when their relationship began.

2/2

Perhaps, if that was the entirety of the proof, Willis should be believed.

It's not.

Cell phone records shows Wade was in the area of Willis' apartment in the middle of the night, not at a likely time for business meetings, on multiple instances in 2021, and notably before 2022 when Willis claimed their relationship began.

In one instance, cell phone pings indicated that Wade traveled from his home in the direction of Willis' home late one evening in September 2021 and remained in the area until 3:30 in the morning. He then sent Willis a text message at 4:20 a.m., according to an affidavit filed by Trump's attorneys.

There's also the allegation that Wade used his income as special prosecutor to pay for their exotic trips.

Willis testified that she paid Wade back every penny for her half of the getaways he funded. But she has no proof of repayment – even though the burden of proof should be on her to show repayment.

As a DA, Willis has a legal obligation to report any gifts she receives. She must have assumed that one day she may be asked to establish that Wade was reimbursed.

But there are no bank withdrawals or deposits, no handwritten notes, and no photographs of any reimbursements.

According to Willis and Wade, these repayments were made in cash.

No reasonable jury would believe this.

Yet here we are.

A judge has ruled that Fani Willis will not be disqualified from prosecuting a case against the presumptive Republican presidential candidate.

Trump and his co-defendants should seek an immediate review of this gross injustice by an appellate court.

Certainly, if the former President or any others are convicted, there will be grounds to seek those convictions be overturned.

But no matter the outcome, this prosecution has been irrevocably tainted – and the U.S. justice system sinks deeper into decay.

12-Year-Old Boy Dies in Missouri After Being Hit By Speeding Car Driven by Illegal Immigrant

Travis Wolfe, a 12-year-old boy involved in a devastating car accident in Hazelwood, Missouri, has tragically passed away after being taken off life support.

The accident occurred on December 20, the night before Wolfe’s birthday, when their vehicle was struck by an illegal immigrant traveling over 70 miles per hour in the wrong lane.

The driver, Endrina Bracho, identified as an illegal immigrant from Venezuela, faces multiple charges including involuntary manslaughter and assault.

Wolfe’s family, along with others involved, suffered severe injuries in the collision. Wolfe was placed on life support at Children’s Hospital but succumbed to his injuries on March 6.

A friend of the family shared on GoFundMe, “Travis will be forever remembered as a funny kid with a huge heart and a love for Blues Hockey.”

Sgt. Scott Schnurbusch from the Hazelwood Police Department described the scene as witnessing “two vehicles with heavy damage to both front ends.” Despite Bracho’s immigration status, Schnurbusch clarified it did not influence the investigation process.

Bracho remains in custody on a $500,000 cash-only bond awaiting trial, with a bond reduction hearing scheduled for April 8.

The tragic incident adds to a growing concern over illegal immigration-related incidents, with Wolfe’s death following a similar incident involving a Georgia nursing student in February.

In response tot he tragedy, Charlie Kirk of Turning Point USA wrote on X: Another American child has been tragically killed at the hands of an illegal that never should have been here. His name is TRAVIS WOLFE. On the night of December 20, 2023 in Missouri, just one day before his 12th birthday, Travis was a passenger in his parents’ car, when an illegal woman from Venezuela, Endrina Bracho, drove the wrong way at 70+ mph causing a head-on collision. Travis was rushed to Children’s Hospital and put on life support. His parents were taken to Mercy Hospital with broken wrists, broken ribs, a broken sternum, and more.Travis didn’t wake up, and finally passed away March 6. Say his name.

Joe Rogan Reacts to Neil Young Back on Spotify

Story by Ryan Smith • 1d

Joe Rogan has shared his reaction to Neil Young's return to Spotify, more than two years after the latter quit the streaming platform over the powerhouse podcaster.

In January 2022, Young announced that he would have his music pulled from Spotify if the company did not remove Rogan's podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience. At the time, Young was among a number of artists who accused Rogan of circulating COVID-19 misinformation on his popular show.

During Thursday's installment of his show, Rogan paused his conversation with writer and political commentator James Lindsay to acknowledge Young's return.

"By the way, Neil Young came back to Spotify. Congratulations, Neil," Rogan quipped. "And his excuse was he said that because all of the platforms are now allowing my disinformation, he's just going back on Spotify too."

"Great to know you've got some ethics," Rogan added with a laugh, before guest Lindsay said: "Well, everybody's doing it these days—disinformation."

Newsweek has contacted a representative of Young vial email for comment.

Rogan's repeated use of the podcast to disseminate fringe COVID-19 viewpoints led a group of 270 scientists and healthcare professionals to publish a letter in January 2022 calling on Spotify to take action against the spread of misinformation on its platform.

While Spotify responded to the medical professionals' request, saying it would publish its platform policy regarding the promotion of medical information and "add a content advisory to any podcast episode that includes a discussion about COVID-19," it stopped short of meeting Young's demand to remove the JRE.

Young subsequently departed Spotify after the platform stuck with Rogan. Other artists, including Joni Mitchell and Nils Lofgren, also removed their music from the platform at the time.

Young this week announced that he had made a return to Spotify, citing the expansion of Rogan's show onto other streaming platforms as his reason. In February, Rogan inked a new multiyear deal—estimated to be worth up to $250 million—with Spotify that saw the streamer drop the exclusive part of their contract, allowing his show to air elsewhere.

"I cannot just leave Apple and Amazon, like I did Spotify, because my music would have very little streaming outlet to music lovers at all," veteran musician Young explained in a statement posted to his website. "So I have returned to Spotify, in sincere hopes that Spotify sound quality will improve and people will be able to hear and feel all the music as we made it."….

Joe hates black women, and the poor ones think he loves them. Welfare has made them dependent forever to the white slave owners. Thanks Martin Luther King for working that out with LBJ. LBJ shouted after signing it “these niggers will be voting democrat forever”, and that was the destruction of the black family
