22.5 years later and still no one calls them out. Impossible for the plane debris and a tire, the second one found there, to be on top of the debris pile. Either the remnants had to work their way up over 20 more floors and work it's way to the top of the collapsing building or the remnants had to be thrown upwards for 23 minutes before coming down for another 23 minutes in order to land on top of the debris pile.
