I was searching for SC cases andcame across Justice Alito smacking down US Sec of Health Vivek Murthy with abuse of power by the federal gov on Covid 19. Murthy vs Missouri et al.

Its a glorious read Justice Alito takes 2-15, pages recounting all the abuses of the Fed Gov on many matters, most especially Covid, Abortion, gun rights and the last two pages are clearly final! He didn’t give relief to the federal government, final judgement on pages 16-17

Short read, Justice Alito is clearly brilliant, eloquent and forceful, and final.
